Founded originally as N.T. Callaway Real Estate in 1974 by Pete Callaway with its office located in a beautiful historic building at 4 Nassau Street in Princeton, New Jersey, the firm merged in January 2012 with Henderson Sotheby's International Realty to create the premier real estate firm in the greater Princeton area. I joined the firm in 1985 as a sales associate and earned a full broker's license in 1995. The firm has grown, adding offices in the strategically located and delightful communities of Pennington, Cranbury, and Montgomery Township. With brokerage services that span Mercer, Middlesex, Hunterdon, and Somerset, counties, and a roster of over 200 full-time Sales Associates, the firm is currently the local Sotheby's International Realty affiliate, and was the first real estate affiliate to join Sotheby's in 1974.

We develop and create customized print materials, such as multi-page color brochures, extensive room descriptions, floor plans, and flyers, and then design custom marketing programs specific to each property to enable effective distribution of these materials to the best target audiences. We illustrate each listing with professionally generated exterior and interior photographs that are used for the print display advertising campaign, the Callaway web site, listing sheets, brochures, and for the MLS database. Callaway also has full-time copywriters who create the ad copy that appears in the initial feature ads and subsequent ad placement.
